These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 577tk ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 577tk website, mobile platform, and all games, features, promotions, and services available on it. These Terms should be read alongside the 577tk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.
By accessing 577tk, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. 577tk may update these Terms at any time; continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility Requirements
577tk is strictly available to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria. If you do not meet every requirement listed below, you are not permitted to register or use the 577tk platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or claim any bonus on 577tk.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated scripts, bots, or on behalf of another person are not permitted.
- You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 577tk. Attempting to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
- You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh. This number will be used as your primary account identifier and for payment processing.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 577tk or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
577tk will verify age before processing any withdrawal. If a player is found to be under 21 at any point, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. The 21+ requirement is enforced without exception.
3Account Registration
To access real-money features you must register a player account with accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. By registering you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. You must notify 577tk promptly if any of your registration details change after account creation.
- Each player is entitled to one account only. If you already hold a 577tk account, do not register a second one. If you are unsure, contact support before registering.
- Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 577tk will never ask for your password via support chat, email, or telephone.
- You must complete identity verification when requested by 577tk. Failure to complete verification within the specified period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Each player may hold only one 577tk account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicates are identified, 577tk reserves the right to close all but one account and retain any balance held in the duplicate accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 577tk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
577tk processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following supported payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 577tk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that are unusually large relative to a player's account history.
- Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet registered on your 577tk account only. Requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST are typically processed the same day; requests after 10:00 PM BST are processed the following day.
- 577tk does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees. 577tk accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
- All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This single-rollover requirement exists to prevent payment-processing abuse and is separate from any bonus wagering requirement.
- 577tk may delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms abuse, or where a player has not completed required identity verification.
577tk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The mobile wallet used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the 577tk account. Withdrawals are processed only to a wallet previously verified as belonging to the account holder. 577tk may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal and may delay processing pending verification.
5Bonuses and Promotions
577tk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- 577tk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change taking effect.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonuses, stack free spins with a deposit bonus, or claim two welcome bonuses. Attempting to circumvent this rule via multiple accounts is a Terms violation.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
6Gameplay Rules and Conduct
All games on 577tk are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology for slot and table games, and by live dealing for live casino titles. The following rules apply to all gameplay on 577tk:
- Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes game bots, automated betting scripts, card-counting software, and exploit-based betting patterns.
- All game results on 577tk are final once confirmed by the game server. Disputed results must be raised with 577tk support within 72 hours of the game round ending. 577tk will investigate disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 5 business days.
- In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round outcome, 577tk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No additional compensation is provided for voided rounds.
- 577tk live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) in addition to these Terms. Where a conflict exists between a studio's game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to financial transactions, account management, and player conduct.
7Responsible Gaming
577tk is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling involves real financial risk and is not suitable for all persons. 577tk provides tools to help players manage their activity: deposit limits, session time-out settings, and self-exclusion options. Players wishing to activate any of these tools should contact 577tk support. All responsible gaming requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
577tk strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age. 8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your age or identity during registration or verification.
- Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, coordinating bets to guarantee profit at the platform's expense, or sharing information in poker-format games.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or disguising the identity of a previously suspended or banned player.
- Using the 577tk platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity under the laws of Bangladesh.
- Exploiting any software bug, game error, or platform vulnerability to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to 577tk support immediately and must not exploit it. Players who exploit known errors will have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.
9Account Suspension and Termination
577tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 577tk has reasonable grounds to believe the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused a promotional offer, or acted in a manner harmful to 577tk or other players.
A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within five (5) business days, subject to completion of outstanding verification requirements. Balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited at 577tk's discretion.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577tk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure or game error; financial losses from a player's own gaming decisions; or losses from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
577tk makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. In the event of a game error resulting in an incorrect payout, 577tk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No additional compensation is provided for voided rounds.
11Amendments to These Terms
577tk may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 577tk will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to the account. Revised Terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of 577tk after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
